# How To Make It:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 275°F for 3 minutes.
02 - Place the eggs gently in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not touch.

04 - While the eggs cook, fill a bowl with ice water.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • No boiling water means no steam burns, no pot hovering over a stove, just eggs that turn out perfect every single time.
  • The shells peel off so effortlessly that even my niece who normally hates hard-boiled eggs will actually eat them.
  • You get tender whites and exactly the yolk texture you want—it's honestly impossible to mess up once you find your timing.
02 -
  • That ice bath is non-negotiable—it's the thing that actually makes the peeling painless, not some kitchen myth.
  • If your eggs stick stubbornly, you didn't cool them long enough, and next time sitting in that ice water for the full 5 minutes really does matter.
03 -
  • If you want the absolute easiest peel, crack and roll them while they're still slightly cool but not ice-cold—there's a sweet spot where the shell just falls off.
  • You can make a whole week's worth at once in two batches, and they'll keep just as well as any other hard-cooked egg you've ever made.
