05 - 1 cup cooked shredded chicken breast
06 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
07 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
08 - 2 tablespoons sour cream
09 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
10 - 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
11 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
13 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
14 - 1/4 teaspoon salt, adjust to taste
# How To Make It:
01 - Set the air fryer to 350°F and allow it to reach temperature.
02 - Slice each lumpia wrapper into four strips or triangles, then brush lightly with vegetable oil, sprinkling with salt and optional garlic powder.
03 - Arrange the wrapper pieces in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crisp. Work in batches if necessary. Allow chips to cool.
04 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
05 - Fold in shredded chicken, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
06 - Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and present immediately alongside the cooled lumpia chips. Refrigerate leftover dip if not serving right away.
