# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • This dip comes together in minutes, and feels like a cheat code for impressing guests.
  • The combination of creamy feta, crunchy walnuts, and a drizzle of honey is shockingly addictive once you try it.
02 -
  • Once, I skipped using softened cream cheese and ended up with lumps—patience (and room temperature ingredients) is everything.
  • Letting the feta blend a little longer than you think makes it astonishingly creamy, almost like a savory cloud.
03 -
  • Start with room temperature ingredients for the smoothest blend—cold cheese just won’t whip properly.
  • Scraping down the food processor bowl two or three times really makes the difference for texture you can’t stop eating.
